| Step 3: | Enter your login details provided to you by Urbed |
| Step 4: | Wait for your file to upload |
N.B: To upload a file you must have java applet enabled (which is enabled by default), please contact your network administrator if you cannot upload. Alternatively upload files on a computer that is external to the network you are using, i.e. a laptop with internet connection. ----- This will not affect downloading.
On rare occasions systems running Internet Explorer 7 can produce an error when running java applets (uploading in this case), if this happens please use firefox or Download and install the latest plugin here... ----- This will not affect downloading.
